Meet Janine Taylor
Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through many different seasons of life. Over this time, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of ages and life stages — children, teenagers, adults and older adults — which has shaped the holistic and compassionate approach I use today.
My training and clinical experience exposed me to diverse areas of practice, including behavioural and academic assessments, relationship counselling, mood and anxiety disorders, psychiatric presentations, and emotional support for older adults. This broad foundation continues to inform my work and allows me to understand each client within the full context of their life experiences.
I have a deep passion for working with adults from varied cultures and backgrounds. Every person brings a unique story, and my role is to help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours with clarity and kindness. Together, we work toward reducing self‑judgement, strengthening empathy, and empowering you to create meaningful and lasting change.
